Ensuite in Hampstead

30 seconds from Hampstead Heath and rail station. Good local buses and 10 mins to Belsize Park tube. Ensuite double room with single bed. Recently new bathroom - everything from walls to ceilings. Father and 14 year old Daughter seek a friendly female to rent a room in their house, (no baby-sitting required!). We live in an amazing part of London on a very secure, private, gated road and have a garden, conservatory and two cats. We would prefer someone over 28 - or at least someone who is mature and who seeks a family environment rather than a party house. Gas, Electric, water all included.
