Amazing flat in London's best location, Hampstead Heath! The house is a 3 minute walk from the overground and a 12 minute walk from the Northern line underground, so you can reach central London in less than 20 minutes! (Also you're a 4 minutes walk from Parliament Hill for London's best sunset views!)
Our flat is in a quiet, family-friendly area with Hampstead Heath practically in our back garden.

The 4-bedroom flat is split over two levels and we have a room available from July 1st. We share a large living room, a brand new refurbished kitchen, massive garden, and patio.

Room: The room available is downstairs and shares a bathroom with one other person. There is plenty of storage and a pretty impressive window sill where you can sit and make it into a cosy nook if you wish.

Us: You'd be living with Xenia (33) who is a journalist and spends most of her free time on the Heath, Laila (31) who works in property and likes rollerblading, and script developer Nick (36) who runs a marathon each year for fun.

We all work hybrid roles so sometimes work from home and generally we like to keep a peaceful living environment, especially at night since we live in such a quiet residential area.

Bills: All of our bills are about £200 per month, council tax included (we're in council tax band G).
