I am going travelling 27th September - 9th November (6 weeks) and so am looking for someone to rent out my room and live with my very nice flatmate, Emily.
About the flat / who you will be living with
You'll be living with my other flatmate, Emily. She's 21, she loves to bake, is studying philosophy at UCL, and is super considerate and friendly. You would be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with her. You're of course welcome to use any of my kitchen equipment and food during the stay! The whole flat has been recently renovated so it's very nice. We have a private garden, and we are literally 100m from Hampstead Heath, so it's a nice area to live.
Bills are £200 per month, in addition to the rent, including council tax, WiFi, gas, water and electricity.
About you:
We would like someone who is very clean, tidy and respectful. You would be living with my other flatmate. As it's my room, it would be ideal if we could meet beforehand and I could show you the room and how everything works in the flats before I go away. Other than that, very open / flexible!
About the room
As you can see from the pictures, the room will be completely cleared, and there is a wardrobe and drawers in the desk for clothes. There's a double bed with an Emma mattress. Bonus points if you like playing the piano...!
Re dates, the ideal stay would be 27th September - 9th November. However, I can be flexible if needed eg if you wanted to move in a few days earlier, or a few days later. I am hoping for someone to rent for at least 4 weeks, however.
It's probably best to discuss over the phone or in person when you come to view :)
