Sunny Double Room in Hampstead

Hello!

Sadly our flatmate is moving out after 6 years and we are looking for a new female tenant to take up her room.

THE ROOM
The room coming available is a bright and airy double, with South facing windows that catch the sun throughout day. It has a ton of storage space both in the large wardrobe and under the bed, and there is plenty of space for a desk. It is also up on the first floor, where there is only one other bedroom, providing plenty of privacy away from the rest of the house.

It is across the hall from a spacious bathroom that you will share with the other two female flatmates. The house has recently been refurbished, with rooms fully repainted, new blinds installed and tear and wear fixed.

THE HOUSE
The flat itself is a genuinely excellent find. It was designed by the architect who used to live here, so is built in a way that feels very modern and open, but tastefully fitted. It has a kitchen big enough that three people can comfortably cook in it, and is well stocked by the existing flatmates (us!). We also have a dishwasher and a clothes dryer.

An obvious highlight is the garden at the back of the house. It’s quiet, tidy, and beautifully cultivated (at great emotional cost.)

THE PEOPLE
A little bit about us!

Hugo (29)
Hugo is a freelancer in film in post-production. Loves keeping his job prospects alive by going to the cinema, swimming in the ponds as many mornings he can manage, and chasing the futile dream of trying to become a filmmaker.

Tabitha (31)
Tabitha is an artist working in the music industry. She loves hiking, practising mma, reading, live music and producing.

Adeola (29)
Adeola is Film & TV Publicist who enjoys relaxing by going to the cinema, trying out new coffee shops, going to gigs, exploring what London has to offer, or watching F1 on a Sunday (always hoping for a Ferrari win!). She also loves a city break whenever she gets the chance.

We’re all busy people with different schedules, but make time to check in with one another. We try and create a communal space where we all feel comfortable and at home.

Oct 24th (with flexibility to Oct 28th).

Bus 24 / 46 / C11 / 1 / 168 - Cressy Road bus stop (Directly outside the front door)
Hampstead Heath - Mildmay line (~5min walk from the house)
Belsize Park - Northern line (~10min walk from the house)

Rent: £943/month (+bills, around £100/month).
Deposit: £1000

The living arrangements mean that any new tenant will be sharing the bathroom with the two other women only. Hugo effectively has an en-suite. For the sake of comfort and convenience we will only be considering female tenants. Sorry lads, don’t want to waste your time.
