Double room in 4-bed by Hampstead Heath

Double room in a bright three-storey terraced house, two minutes’ walk from Hampstead Heath. The house has a big living room, kitchen, terrace and four bedrooms – you’d share the main bathroom with two of us (the fourth room has its own ensuite upstairs).

Your room has a double bed and wardrobe, otherwise unfurnished. Move in date is flexible, the room is currently empty and can be moved into asap, otherwise around beginning of December.

We’re three girls, 29–30, friends since uni – a teacher, one in tech and one in banking. Our previous flatmate has moved in with her partner, so we’re after someone new to join the house. We’d love a guy to mix up the energy, but the right girl is just as welcome.

We’re active and sociable: weekends are for getting out and doing things, weeknights are more cosy movies and early nights. We’d love to meet someone who’s either new to London and keen to build a life here, or who has their own circle we can get to know too. Mainly, we’re looking for a proper housemate rather than just a roommate - someone up for Sunday roasts, Heath walks and the odd night out. Ps. Pets are welcome.
