Spacious double room in homely flat

I am looking for a flatmate to rent the spare double bedroom. I might be biased, but it’s genuinely a lovely flat with plenty of space for two people (or 3 if you're a couple). It’s split level flat and the upstairs room has an en-suite. It’s fully furnished so should have everything you need! I’m 31 and work as a leadership development consultant.

Flat is a two minute walk to Hanwell station or a quick bus to central, district and Piccadilly underground lines. Walking distance to some good pubs and restaurants.
