Home share in Hanwell, West London

Hello,

I have a beautiful cottage style house in Olde Hanwell, close to The Fox pub and canal for great walks and countryside!

I own a little dog who is very cute and friendly (Havanese... so doesn't shed!) so I need someone who likes dogs...as she will want to visit your room for cuddles!

You would have a double bedded room with bedding and towels provided, plenty of storage and smart TV in room!
I have a loft for storing cases etc,

Use of shared bathroom and kitchen with all appliances (currently no microwave.. but I do have an air-fryer which is amazing!)

Looking for a professional in work!

As I am currently at home a lot, and I do love my space, ideally wanting someone who works out of the house.
I do enjoy company and sharing the odd meal and chats, but REALLY like my own space and would want someone who respects that.

I am also highly sensitive to strong smells and perfumes, (obviously including incense, smoke and vapes) So I don't want to waste your time if you wear strong perfumes.

Must be clean and tidy and take care of my house, (obviously)

I do often have to work away from home.. so there would be times when you would have the house to yourself.

The local community is very friendly and I have many friends in the area around to help if need be.

The walk to the Elizabeth line is 11 minutes and takes 20 mins into Tottenham Court Road and 10 minutes to Heathrow!
There are buses near by to Ealing Broadway for Central and Elizabeth lines and bus to Boston Manor (Piccadilly line) and Brentford (main line to Waterloo)

There is permit parking outside my house, but would be an extra fee of about £6 per day (free at weekends)

( I would consider someone with a dog if it's female, small and non shedding and gets on with mine)
