Bills / WiFi / council tax included (heating set at 6h/day; electric plug in heaters not permitted), Note: parking outside of evenings & weekends is permits only; I can book specified days but must be fixed in advance and costs £8.60/day (council charge only).

Bedding, towels & linens included for weekly stays at +£50. Longer-term guests supply their own.

- Heathrow airport: Piccadilly line 7 stops, 1 mile walk or bus ride to Boston Manor station / Elizabeth line 3 stops 12 minutes
- Ealing Broadway: Central Line, 15 min bus ride; and
- Soho, Central London, Paddington: Elizabeth line 20 mins, 10 min walking distance to station (Hanwell).

In Old Hanwell, close to the Grand Union canal, Jubilee Meadows and the Fox pub. It’s a lovely area for walks and has a safe community vibe. Many good gastropubs and eateries nearby (West Ealing renowned Persian cuisine and 5 mins walk away there’s L’Oro di Napoli for award winning pizza, Thai restaurant opposite and excellent Fish & Chips with queues outside every Friday night!). Two historic pubs within a 5 minute walk.
