Clean house + free parking + Bernese Mountain Dog

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a kind and well mannered new housemate to live in my 3 bedroom end-of-terrace house in North Hanwell.

I'm currently a qualified teacher doing temp work in schools and work from home on various online projects, engineer of various descriptions in previous career shifts, and the proud owner of an almost 6 year old Bernese Mountain Dog - she's very loving and has converted many people who don't normally like dogs but I would obviously prefer it if you already were comfortable and loving towards them. She has a powerful bark and helps keep the place safe and secure that way, but she's a big softy really.

I'm fairly open minded but ideal housemate would probably be around 21 - 40 and helpful in terms of keeping the place clean and tidy. This would be your home too but it wouldn't hurt if you had a bit of an evening/weekend social life as well rather than being an absolute stay at home cat. Buses into Ealing Broadway are pretty easy and it's a 20-25 minute walk to Hanwell train station (Elizabeth line), Lime bikes etc. available on the street to get there even quicker.

One big benefit of this street is that it is free parking and normally available directly across from the house.

There is a 3rd single bedroom that I rent out on Airbnb which keeps things interesting, I am an experienced superhost and don't accept without a pre-vetting conversation, I've met some great people from all over the world doing this.

The room backs on to a wooded area so it is without road noise and no onlookers.

Ideal for short to medium term (few weeks to a few months), nobody has a crystal ball but longer term may work out too.

Previous long term (1 - 2 year) lodgers have included a 22 year old female and a 30 year old female. I'm a safe grown up responsible straight male with 60+ 5 star reviews from all walks of life on Airbnb.
