Small but comfortable double room in a friendly shared house, available on a flexible, short or long term basis. Near Drayton Green / W Ealing stations. Very convenient location.

£720 pm or £175 pw if paying weekly. Can negotiate a Mon-Fri rate if this is required.
Couples £975 pm or £250 pw.
NB Couples no more than 4-6 weeks please. No working from home.

Best for someone who goes out to work please, as cooking facilities are limited during the day. (In the evening full facilities are fine).

The room is in a lovely house in West Ealing. The house is double glazed and comes with fibreoptic broadband included. It has a nice modern kitchen / sitting room with all mod cons, dining table and sofa. There is also a back door leading out to a private garden with lots of plants and birds. Plenty of bathroom facilities with 3 between 5 rooms.

It is very conveniently situated close to train stations, bus stops and 2 supermarkets. Local shops just 5 minutes walk, and the Uxbridge Road at West Ealing with its wide array of amenities, shops and restaurants is just over 10 minutes walk. There are also 4-5 supermarkets within just over 10 mins walk.

Availability is flexible as per your requirements. Depending on how many days a week you are looking for, rent would reduce. All bills are included so there is nothing else to pay.
5 nights a week would be
A rate for 4 nights a week, 3 nights a week, 2 nights or 1 night a week possible.

The house has excellent transport facilities:

• 1 minute walk to Drayton Green Station, which is under 20 minutes to Paddington. West Ealing and Hanwell stations are both just over 10 minutes walk for Elizabeth Line (direct to Paddington, central & East London, Heathrow Airport, also Slough, Reading and Bristol). Ealing Broadway is 20 minutes walk or 8 minute bus ride.

• Bus stops for E1, E3 and E11 outside the house, and take you in a few minutes to either Ealing Broadway (Central / District Lines) or Northfields tube stations (Piccadilly Line).

• Bus stops for a wide range of other buses(eg. 207, 427, 83, E8, 607 and E7) are a short walk away on the Uxbridge Road.

It is very easy to get out of London being just 5-10 minutes drive from both the A4 and A40, and not much further to Hanger Lane (North Circular) & M4.

Working professionals preferred. Also no smoking inside the house.

Rent includes all bills.
