Hi! We are two female friends in our early 20s looking for a third female flatmate to join us in taking a spacious property in Harlesden, NW10, close to Willesden Junction.
We have already viewed the property in person and are currently proceeding with the agent/landlady. The property is available for an early October move-in.

The property is arranged over multiple levels and has plenty of space. There is a spacious room available on the first level for the third person joining us, along with a separate kitchen and bathroom. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

💷 RENT
The total rent for the property is £2,100 pcm, which will be shared between three of us:
£700 pcm per person + bills
Bills are currently estimated at approximately £40 per person per month, making the expected total around £740 pcm each.

📍 LOCATION
Harlesden, NW10, with convenient access to Willesden Junction and good connections into Central London.

We're two friendly, clean and respectful girls and would ideally like another female flatmate around a similar age who wants a comfortable and friendly home environment while also respecting everyone's personal space.
We're happy with either a student, recent graduate or working professional.
We're hoping to find someone ASAP so that the three of us can proceed with the property together for an early October move-in.
