Large bright room in beautiful house with garden!

Hello,

We are looking for a long-term housemate to share our lovely house in Haringey. Read below to find out more and send us a message if you are keen with some bits and pieces about yourself.

House:
The house is a 4 bed house with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. All the rooms are a good size and the bathroom is pretty standard. The whole house is very light and airy. We have a garden which we love (and try, sometimes unsuccessfully, to keep neat) The house is away from the main roads so is pretty quiet.

The room is a good size with high ceilings and very light as you can see in the pictures. Furniture included: wooden bed, shelves, wardrobe and smaller clothes storage unit.

Bills:
The room is £610 per month. Bills come to an additional £90 or so per month, including a fantastic cleaner.
Deposit is £425. Tenancy fee is £50.

Us:
Once our flatmate has left to move in with her partner, three will remain - Louise, Tom and Elizabeth. We are a friendly bunch and hang out together - cooking, drinks, bbq, that kind of thing. Two of us have bikes and cycle to work. Tom is a teacher, Louise works in publishing and Elizabeth works for a charity. We are tidy and respectful.

Public transport:
Our nearest tube station is Turnpike Lane (about a 10 min walk). But you can also get to Manor House in zone 2 pretty quickly (25 min walk or 5 min bus). Near us we also have a variety of train and overground stations and the closest buses are the 29, 141 and 341 - it's pretty well connected all in all.

Area:
The area is lovely. We are off Green Lanes with all the delicious food that brings. There are a few really good pubs nearby as well. Supermarkets are near (20 min walk or 5 min bus/cycle). Finsbury Park and Alexandra Palace are both a short walk away.
