I am renting the top floor of this lovely Victorian Terrace house, for one person.
About your room(s)...
The listed rent price includes all of the top floor of the house. This comprises of a large east facing double bedroom, with plenty of eaves storage, adjoining large ensuite, and large second room, perfect for a dedicated office or potentially a dressing room? off of the landing.
All the furniture shown in the photos are to remain and are yours to use.
The bills are £250/ month, this includes council tax, internet, electricity, gas and water.
The main bedroom is very private and bright, with two huge velux windows with black out blinds. The ensuite has a double vanity and 1.2m wide shower. All rooms have recently been redecorated.
The rest of the house...
It is a quiet house. I don’t tend to have many people over, and spend most of my time working in my bedroom. You will find often you have all to yourself as well. Every other weekend I often stay at my girlfriends, as well as every Thursday of each week.
Me and my 2 children's bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a beautiful large shared kitchen and dining room equipped with lots of kitchen equipment you are free to use, American style fridge freezer, double oven, large induction hob, and dishwasher, utility room /WC with washing machine, tumble dryer.
The kitchen / dining opens up to a lovely tidy west facing shared garden, with BBQ deck and grass area..
Location...
The house is situated on a very quite street within an LTN, just off Haringey Green lanes. Its a wonderful area with lots of lovely restaurants, a great local pub and plenty of shops. The house is about 5-7mins walk to Turnpike line.

About me...
I am 43, an architect and run my own practice working from home. I spend most of my time working but also like to cook.
I am house proud and maintain a clean, and orderly house. It is important to me that you likewise like to live this way, and keep the shared spaces tidy.
I have two children ages 11/14 (girl/boy), who live me half the time. They are very easy going and used to living with other people. They don't have lots of friends round though, and realistically you won’t see much of them.
