Huge bright attic room in family house

Huge bright room to let in lovely family house on the Haringey ladder.

We are looking for someone friendly to rent the room in our new attic conversion. We live in a 5 bed Victorian terraced house with a big kitchen diner with bifold doors opening onto the garden at the back. It also has two sitting rooms, a piano and a cat. You would be sharing with the two of us - I am a university lecturer, my partner is a scientist, and our two children aged 7 years and 5 years old, plus a baby on the way... The kids are generally pretty good, but there will sometimes be some noise from them and we have to be honest and say the house is not as tidy as before we had kids! However the room for rent is on the top floor (at least one floor removed from the kids), with a nice thick carpet, and a soundproof door so should be an oasis of calm :)

The room is bright with four windows and a high quality double bed. There is also a large wardrobe, a chair and a large chest of drawers, and a lovely thick carpet. There are blackout blinds on all windows, and plenty of space if you want to add eg. a desk. As well as the room you are of course welcome to use the kitchen/diner, sitting room and garden.

The Haringey ladder area is great - we are 1 min walk from the best pub in the area (The Salisbury), there are loads of restaurants, coffee shops, organic food shops, and a few bars which have live music within 5 mins walk. Transport links are very good with buses going from a stop at the end of the road directly to Euston (29) and Islington (141, 341), and The Piccadilly line stations Manor House or Turnpike Lane within 10 mins walk.

The price is £795 per month plus bills (£130 per month which includes high speed internet, water, electricity, gas, council tax, household consumables). We deal with buying all the toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc. (which are included in the bills) to make things easier. We also have subscriptions to Netflix and the Saturday Guardian which you are welcome to use while we have them.

Rent is a month in advance with one month deposit. Non smoking and no couples please. The room is available from now.
