👋 Hello! We are Michelle and Charlie (a couple) and we are looking for a female-identifying third housemate to join us in our lovely, relaxed, easy-going household.
🐶 🐱 We don’t currently have any pets, but you’re very welcome to bring your own!
🤳 We would love to meet people on a video call for a chat to learn more about each other before inviting them to view the house.
THE HOUSE
🏡 Lovely, modern, 3-bed/2 bath, Victorian house, a 30-second walk from leafy Finsbury Park. On a quiet road, overlooking a canal at the back. A spacious, simple & practical living space with modern appliances, including dishwasher.
🛁 You would have your own private bathroom with a bath/shower.
🧾 All bills included (water, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, TV licence and fortnightly cleaner 🧹)
🛒 3min walk from a small retail park which has 2 large supermarkets (Aldi & Sainsbury's).
☕️ 🍻 Loads of great cafes & pubs in the area.
🚶♂️ Easy, 20-30 minute journey to central. 3-10 min walking distance from 3 tube & train stations. Great bus links 3 mins walk away.
A BIT ABOUT US AND WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
👩🏼🤝👨🏻 We are a kind, clean and easy-going couple. We’re both currently freelancing and have a few different jobs each. Expect us to be working from home (one in the office, the other in the kitchen). Our home is our refuge from the madness that London can often feel like.
🙌 We like to give people space and we balance our own time both in and out of the house in the evenings.
🧹🧼 We have high expectations of cleanliness and consideration in the shared spaces.
🪩 💃 We like to go out and have fun but it’s not a house party kind of house or an “everyone come back to mine!” vibe.
✌️Live in landlord couple.
🌎 Charlie won’t be around for January to mid-April, so it would just be Michelle who is living in.
