Deposit: 744,23 pounds

Electricity + gas: approx. 30-70 pounds / per person (summer/winter)
Council tax: 38.57 pounds / month
Water: 20 pounds / per person
Internet: 7.19 pounds / month / per person
Communal things: around 5 pounds / per person
The house is just off Harringay Green Lanes street with easy access to Turnpike Lane/Manor House Stations and Harringay/Hornsey train station. Loads of restaurants and nice shops around.
Housemates are professionals who like to keep a peaceful atmosphere in the house. Although they tend to be busy and take time to pursue their passions, they are always up for a chat in the kitchen. They keep the house tidy and safe, share responsibilities, and look for improvements that can be made for the house.

Kasia - a designer and a drummer, works in architecture and in free time her big passion is music. Rukshana is an art lover and a creative soul. Sandor - bikes fan. Marco - Spanish expert They keep the house tidy and safe, share responsibilities, and look for improvements that can be made for the house.
About the house: It is a 5-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen that has direct access to a garden with space for bikes. The landlord is amazing - always very helpful! It is not a party house, but enjoy having friends over who are always welcome. The house is smoking-free, and no pets are allowed.
