Looking for someone to take over my lovely room in this lovely home (moving in with my boyfriend).

The house is just an 8-minute walk to Turnpike Lane Station and 5 minutes to Hornsey Station, making commuting super easy. It’s a bright, welcoming home letting you make the most of all the brilliant places, restaurants and shops Harringay has to offer.

You’ll be living with friendly, sociable and creative housemates: a mix of professionals. The girls are respectful, busy, and always up for a giggle or walks around Finsbury park. The vibe is relaxed and homely, so if you want to keep to yourself that is also very welcome.

There’s also a large private garden with a lovely pagoda, perfect for summer evenings and it’s used exclusively by our household. The room is semi-furnished meaning you will have a clothes rail, a double bed and a desk.

If you’re looking to move in and feel settled with really lovely people in a well-connected, sociable area, this could be a great fit!

p. s. As you would be taking over my tenancy you would be paying all bill contributing to your tenancy e. g. council tax, electricity, water wifi etc. Will share more details around this on chat.
