Weekend & Week Sublet Harringay Warehouse District

Bedroom sublet in Arena Design Centre, right in the heart of the Harringay Warehouse District!

I have two lots of availability:

✨ 7th-9th August (Friday-Sunday) - £30 per night

✨ 16th-23rd August - £30 per night or £200 if you take the whole week.

You’ll be staying in a huge converted warehouse shared with 14 other creatives in one of London’s most unique communities. The Arena Platform is directly opposite our garden where there are often community events, markets, music and other creative things going on.

The communal kitchen is massive and has 4 ovens, 3 hobs, 2 microwaves, several coffee making facilities and gorgeous floor to ceiling windows.

There’s also a huge shared living room with a smart TV (with pretty much every streaming service), a workspace, gym area, loads of seating and a communal bookshelf. This opens onto a covered winter garden with seating, a picnic bench and a hammock.

The bedroom is slightly different to the photos as the bed is now downstairs and the upstairs area is purely used for clothes and storage. The room has a smart TV with access to several streaming services and a gaming PC with guest access if you fancy a game. The room doesn’t have an external window but does have an air vent system which keeps fresh air flowing.

Manor House, Seven Sisters and Haringey Green Lanes stations are all around a 10 minute walk away, plus there are loads of shops, supermarkets, cafés and takeaways nearby.
