Description
📍Warehouse Room Available NOW in Manor House Warehouse District! - suitable for a single, perfect for someone looking to be a part of the warehouse community who likes a homey and creative environment.
About the Space:
You'll share a bright, sociable warehouse with 7 others and 2 cats. The space includes a shared kitchen/living room and 2 bathrooms—one with a bathtub, one with a shower. You'll have access to appliances: 2 washers and dryers, 3 ovens and hobs, and a dishwasher. Each person has their own cupboard and shares a fridge with two other housemates.
The room is unfurnished, giving you freedom to make it your own. You're welcome to paint, build furniture, and hang decorations. We encourage everyone to leave their artistic mark!
Compared to other warehouse rooms, this one is fairly quiet—perfect for personal downtime. It has a large window, a radiator, and a lock on the door to keep your belongings safe.
Rent is £925 per month, plus £70 for bills, including a biweekly cleaner. There's no deposit, but you'll pay the first 2 months of rent upfront.
About Us:
We're a sex-positive, LGBTQ+ friendly space. You'll be living with performers, activists, artists, photographers, and scientists in a stimulating, imaginative environment. We love when people use the space for their projects—it's common to see sewing, chainmail, latex assembly, or other expressive work happening around the house.
As a small, growing warehouse we're looking for people who want to be part of a community. Since the common space is used for both work and play, clear communication, respect, and open-mindedness are essential.
We wouldn't call ourselves a ‘party house’, but we do throw a party every few months where we go all out on themes and decorations. We're looking to host more events and are open to ideas!
We enjoy having dinners together and value housemates who enjoy socialising with each other and helping look after the communal areas. We also have occasional nights or days out as a house and love supporting each other's projects—attending gigs and events whenever we can.
The warehouse is part of the Haringey Warehouse District - a vibrant, long-time community of artists, organizers, and makers within walking distance of Manor House, Seven Sisters, and Stamford Hill stations. There are plenty of supermarkets, bars and cafes within easy walking distance (we particularly like the local Brazilian bakery!) and people in the area often host parties or live music events.
If you’re looking to live somewhere intentionally, we’d love to hear from you! Please drop us a message with a little bit about you, and we’ll try and get back to as many people as possible to book in a viewing. ☺️
🗓️ Move in as soon as. You will have a 3-month trial period when you move in to make sure our warehouse is the right fit for you!
