Room: Medium double room in a 6-bed house, furnished for £636 exkl. bills
Bills come up to roughly £100-150/ month
Move in date: 1st of December

Viewings: Sunday 23rd from 1pm-6pm and Tuesday 25th of November from 3pm-9.30pm

The room:
It is located on the top floor top of our 6-bed house at the back, right next to the bathroom. It has a window with a view of the garden.
(The furniture is as on the pictures except there now is a warderobe in there instead of the clothing rail. And the desk will be a different one, but there is one there.)

The house & area:

The house has a big garden, big kitchen, two bathrooms (both with bathtubs/showers and toilets) and is located between Harringay train Station and Harringay Green Lanes Station. Manor House is 10 min. by foot and by bus you can get to Finsbury Park in 5min. and Wood Green in 10.
The High Street is very lively and has amazing restaurants to try out.

About us:

We are a fun and friendly bunch of people from different backgrounds (read more about each of us at the end, if you're interested) ☺️ There is also a lovely lady cat living here called Kouklitsa.

What we are looking for:

We're looking for someone who is sociable, chill and cares about keeping things tidy and clean, as this is very important to us.
You'd be joining a house of friends, so it is important you're looking to build relationships with the people you live with.

For this particular room we're also looking for someone who loves cats and is keen on living with one. The cat belongs to Laura, who mostly takes care of the her, but the person leaving this room was kind of the secondary cat parent in the house, so ideally you'd be someone who would like to be involved with the cat, build a relationship, don't mind her in your room (she loves sleeping under the bed in that room) and would enjoy helping take care of the cat when Laura is away. Let us know how you feel about this.

More about each of us:

Laura: half swiss, half greek, self-employed musician and creative. She works from home and takes care of her beautiful cat ;) Apart from making music you might hear Laura curse at her PC when she's gaming, but always in good fun though. :)
Arjuna: Kiwi, 27, musician and piano teacher. He works part time from home and also at a studio. When he isn't playing gigs or making music, Arjuna likes to watch movies, read, and hang with friends. Always up for a good chat in the kitchen 🗣️
Emile: Black British guy, 32, working as a fraud investigator 🔍 He works from home, stopping fraudsters & helping people get back their money! Outside of work he's into music, combat sports, gaming & comedy – if you hear a belly laugh coming out of nowhere chances are it's him :)
Bailey: freelance dancer and creative from New Zealand. Works part time as a barista. You'll find her making a tea in the kitchen or dancing in her room.
Kate: Kiwi, 27, working in event management, super chill but not at the flat very often! She loves her pilates, a boogie on a night out and anything in theatre world 🫶
