Light, spacious room in lovely, calm house

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SHORT-TERM SUBLET ONLY, NOT A PERMANENT ROOM

I'm looking for a sublet to fill my room between Oct 17th - Nov 9th.

It's a big room, with loads of light, a double bed (super comfy mattress and heated blanket) and a window seat.

The room is on the ground floor and has it's own shower and toilet, accessed via the kitchen/living space.

The house has 4 bedrooms, across 3 floors so there is loads of space. It's a lovely house, really nicely done out, not the usual London rental vibe. There's a shared kitchen/living space and a garden (...and yes, that is a functioning hot-tub you can see in the picture!)

You would be sharing with two other females (29, 35) and one male (28). It's a very chill atmosphere, no dramas. All the housemates are super nice. We get on but also give each other space.

If you're interested then I would ask that you come to meet the other housemates before we agree anything, so that everyone can make sure you're a good fit for the room. I will also ask for a £100 deposit to secure the room, as a sign of commitment (refundable at the end of the sublet). Bills are included in the price.
