2-bed Harringay flat with 2 rooms for your use

🌸My housemate is moving away so I am looking for someone to take over her space. The room(s) in question are currently used as a bedroom (small double) and a living room (medium double), both of these rooms would however be yours so you can decide how to use them as you see fit (perfect for wfh if needed). The last bedroom occupied by me is on the other end of the flat, which gives us both a lot of privacy.
The rent is £840 with bills around £150.

The flat is partially furnished, currently including the sofas only. However the agency has been very accommodating with any requests so we can most likely request a bed/ wardrobe if needed.

🏠The flat is on 2nd floor (no lift) with ~5min walk from Manor house tube station and very close to Harringay Green Lanes overground station. There is Aldi and large Sainsbury’s at our doorstep and loads of restaurants and cafes within minutes walk away. The finsbury park is basically our backyard and there are nice walking routes nearby.

🙋🏼‍♀️You would be living with me, a 31 year old professional working in design. I am crafty, cook loads and enjoy hanging out with people but due to working long days further away appreciate some alone time too.
I would like to share the flat with someone who is around the same age, friendly and easygoing, maybe likes to share a glass of wine here and there but who also enjoys some quiet time.
