Room in creative warehouse + en-suite

We’ve got one room going in our recently renovated 8-bed warehouse conversion in London.

The room is a big double mezzanine with loads of character and plenty of space to properly make it your own.

The warehouse is bright, spacious, and set up for communal living. There’s a large, fully equipped kitchen with good appliances and plenty of room for cooking together, plus a TV that gets regular use for movie nights and spontaneous games night.

There’s also an outdoor patio / and outdoor shared back-garden that’s great in the summer for BBQs, hangs, and post-work drinks.

The house sits in a creative warehouse neighbourhood, where there are regular events, exhibitions, and parties nearby, so there’s usually something going on if you feel like tapping into the local scene.

You’d be living with a friendly, relaxed group in our 20s–30s, with a pretty even gender split. We work across a mix of creative and more “normal” jobs.

The house is tidy, social, and easygoing — think shared meals now and then, midweek drinks or games, and the odd party when the house feels like hosting. Most of us are friends and hang out outside the house too, but there’s zero pressure to be social if you’re not feeling it — dipping in and out is totally fine.

£1,265 per month (all bills included)
Includes internet, utilities, and a weekly cleaner.

Deposit is £1000.
