Bright room in huge warehouse in Seven Sisters, up for a sublet from 1-4 months (MAY 5 -- SEP 1). This room would suit someone looking for a short term let and is creative.
🚌 Great transport connections:
20 mins to Dalston and Stoke Newington with buses, 15 mins to Central London with the Victoria line. All transport only up to a 5 min walk.
🛏️ Room
Bright and spacious, while it is a double there is only a single bed in the room for more space. Additionally, there is lots of shelving space, a chest of drawers which will be fully empty (I will keep some of my things in one of the drawers and half of the closet, the rest will be all free to use, all music equipment and belongings will be stored away. There is also a fridge which you are welcome to use. And you have the biggest, electric, standing desk IKEA produced + secret lab gaming chair + 27 inch monitor.

The house is quite large(3x floors) and actually hosts around 30 people. Not to worry it is around 900 square meters/ 9.5k ft and you won't see people floating around all the time, it's not a party house, but of course everyone socialises during different times of the day and sometimes there are organised gatherings.
The kitchen is huge and equipped with 3 stoves / ovens, microwaves, toasters, kettles etc. You will have your own cupboard and fridge shelf.
There is a sauna in the basement, as well as a music studio which you can use.
The laundry has 4x washing machines and 2x dryers as well as a drying area.
🚬 Smoking is permitted indoors.
🚽 Toilet(s)
The building has toilets located on each floor. There is one just across the room (shower + toilet), the. main floor has a shower and the basement has 4x toilets as well as a shower .

There are currently 30 residents in the building, mainly working in the creative industries, but not exclusively.

We'll need to have a screening before the move in to make sure you are a right fit: we are not looking for party people. Residents should treat the house with respect.
