South Facing Bright Flat in Creative Area

Hi,

I am looking for two flatmates. There are actually two rooms available as the flatmates leaving are now a couple. One room is available NOW and the other in a month's time - around the 4th July but I need to confirm this.

The flat is situated on Markfield Rd and is a hop skip and a jump from Markfield Park and the River Lea. Markfield Rd can be a busy street in the daytime as it's an industrial area but nature is just on the doorstep too. I have lived here a few years and seen the area change for the better IMO - more peaceful and Tottenham is fast becoming a very desirable area. There is a retail park 5-10 minutes walk for pretty much all your shopping needs, big Tesco at Seven Sisters too. The flat sits between both Totty Hale station and Seven Sisters + South Tottenham overground. Transport links are GREAT.

The room itself is on the smaller size but fits a double bed and there is storage space in the hall should you want a clothes rail. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your taste the room was painted by the former flatmate but re-painting would not be an issue. The room has a sky light. All 3 bedrooms (mine included) are the same size. The flat is a unit/warehouse conversion with some bare brick walls and maintains a rustic but arty kind of look (much like other units in the area).

I am looking for a respectable, clean and considerate flatmates. I am 40 - ex yoga teacher and ex school teacher and coach. I practice yoga in the mornings from the living room and I'm usually at least trying to get to sleep at a reasonable hour in the evenings. This is by no means a party flat - nor are our neighbours units.

Council tax: Band C (£57)
Wifi £15 (have to confirm this)
