A room (size for a double room, for 1 person) in a flat very close to Seven Sisters station (5 mins on foot). Ground floor flat on a very quiet street.
Current flatmates are a couple, 66 and 72 years old, Russian/Ukrainian/Bulgarian speakers, so we are looking for a Slavic language speaker (Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Polish considered), to ease daily communication.
Bills are not included, they are £80 max in winter months. Fast WiFi included.
There’s a (very little) garden for smokers.
Pets: cats considered.
