Cozy Double Room In Friendly Warehouse

We have a permanent room available in our cosy warehouse unit. We are located on Overbury Road. The room is on the ground floor and has a window.

Move in date is 25 September and the rent is £889pm.

The deposit is £705 and should be payed to reserve the room along with rent for September.

All bills are included, high speed internet, regular cleaner, and house supplies like loo roll and cleaning products.

Open House viewings are happening on Wednesday 2 September. Drop in any time between 18.00-21.00. We will proritise people who can attend this date in person. We run applications through a survey. Please message for the link to apply for an invitation.

We are a pretty calm and eclectic group of 5 folk, 6 including you. We work in a variety of industries like film teaching, music, social media, and meetings interspersed with PowerPoint. Some of us work from home. We like all the usual stuff like movies, meals, yoga, chilling, chatting, music, and art.

There are a mix of food preferences from vegan to meat-eaters and we are tolerant of all kinds of identities, lifestyles, and preferences. We try to stay conscientious of each other, mindful everyone needs a good night’s sleep. We don’t smoke or vape inside. We expect everyone to clean up and contribute to a clean environment.

We are a steady group, everyone has been here for a while. We are looking for someone to stay long term (at least a year). We are introducing a 3-month probation period to ensure compatibility.

You will get big bonus points if you are communally-minded and want to contribute to making your home-life a community rather than a house-share. We are quite organised with monthly meetings and a monthly social. You should be open to engaging with these to build a happy, communicative, and content household.

We can’t accept couples as it would take us over capacity and we have one bathroom.

We also have a furry friend which means we won't accept any more free-roaming sentient companions.
