I’m moving out of my house share in Harringay Ladder, so my current flatmate is looking for a new flatmate from 9th November 2026.

🏡 The house

It’s a really lovely and spacious house with a private garden, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a washing machine + dryer, dishwasher, large TV, bathroom with a bathtub, and some extra storage space in the basement.

📍 Harringay Ladder

Located on a very quiet residential street, just a few minutes’ walk from Finsbury Park, Tesco and all the local shops and restaurants. Great transport links with Harringay, Turnpike Lane and Manor House all nearby.

🛏️ Two rooms available / possible

We’re posting photos of both bedrooms as my flatmate is completely flexible about which room he keeps for himself and which one the new flatmate takes. So you can choose whichever room you prefer.

💰 Rent: £1,300/month
💷 Deposit: £1,300
💡 Bills: around £300/month (Council Tax, electricity, gas, water, internet, etc.)

👤 About the flatmate

He works in marketing and is in his 40s. It’s a very chill, clean and respectful house share. The idea is for everyone to have their own independence, while occasionally sharing a drink, meal or hanging out.

Ideally looking for someone clean, friendly, respectful, professional and a non-smoker, with a similar lifestyle.
