References required so our landlord wants the new tenant to be employed in the UK ideally 🫶
Looking for someone clean and chill to fit in with me (Hayley, 30) and Holly (30) - both work in the arts and we’re vegan (so veggie preferred but not essential)
Will be respectful of space but would be nice to live with someone who will treat the house like a home and hang out :)
about the room:
- £980 per month (+ approx £170 bills)
- £1167 deposit

- extra space on the landing for storage/clothes rail etc
- south facing
- comes unfurnished but my current housemate doesn’t need the bed and wardrobe so will leave for £250 ONO if required

- large double living room with dining table
- large kitchen with dishwasher
