Located on the first floor, the suite comprises:

A stylish, furnished space with your own private balcony and skylight. Ideal for relaxing, working from home or simply enjoying some extra breathing room.

Private bedroom
A modern, furnished bedroom with a skylight, creating a bright and comfortable space to unwind.

Both rooms are modern and stylish, offering a little more privacy and independence than a typical house share.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is conveniently located next to the lounge and shared with just one other person, who lives on a different floor.

THE HOUSE

The house is modern, clean and well maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen-diner and communal lounge area on the ground floor.

You’ll be sharing with three other people, including the live-in landlord, who has separate kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The existing housemates are all professionals. We’re looking for someone who genuinely values cleanliness and tidiness and enjoys living in a considerate, friendly household.

We appreciate a balance of personal space and occasional shared meals or socialising, without any pressure to be sociable all the time.

LOCATION

Located in N8, around an 8-minute walk from Turnpike Lane tube station.

Green Lanes is nearby, with its fantastic selection of Turkish restaurants, cafés and bars. The 29 and 141 bus routes also provide convenient connections towards central London.
