Rooms available in new let, Harringey Warehouses

Hello, this is a short turn around. With a new leased unit, I have 3 rooms available from Nov 1st.
Viewing immediately.

I am a costume maker/leatherworker/actor/performer, looking for likeminded, mature creatives looking to build a new, safe, calm home.

Stable, sober, mature and calm creatives wanted.
There is a large shared space with the chance to set up a work desk, with a possible shared work desk also.

You'll be joining a vibrant and large community of artists and creative people, close to Finsbury park, near Manor House and Seven Sisters stations.

This is a queer friendly space, all genders welcome.

I'm open to the occasional party, as long as we all agree, but otherwise, this will be a quiet home for people to relax, and get on with making something :)

It's a fast turnaround, viewings tomorrow (Tuesday 27th, and potentially Weds evening), to move in on Sunday

Council tax and electricity are not included, and will be approximately £75 extra (however, this figure could change depending on energy prices).

It's unfurnished, so we'll be setting it up as we like. Welcome to bring your own furniture.
