Looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely converted warehouse from Dec 7th to Jan 8th. I am going to visiting my hometown for a month, so looking to find someone to sublet my room while I'm gone.
You will have a lovely large room with plenty of space! Gorgeous natural lighting with a skylight you can open, and a large, super comfy king-size bed. There is plenty of space for your stuff and a comfy couch to lounge on. If you have questions or want any additional photos, don't hesitate to ask. :)
Rent is £800 bill not included. Bill tend to be about £120 per month.
About the Household:
You would be living with three other amazing individuals. We are a household of creatives, and we would like to have someone like-minded. This is mainly a LGBTQIA+ household, and we will be prioritizing similar individuals. However, if you don't exactly fit this there is no harm in reaching out.
The general vibe is a super tidy but friendly household. We like to have a chat and never tell each other to be quiet, but also respect each other. We have a pretty set cleaning rota and all share responsibilities around the flat.
