7 person warehouse

Hiya! We’ve got 1 room to rent in our 7 person warehouse, available from the 1st December. The room is £730 a month and usually around £90/95 bills. We also have a £25 a month fee to cover a kitty (weekly cleaner, toilet roll, all that malarkey).
The room is lovely and spacious, a good amount of light coming through the skylight and windows.
The unit is super spacious, with lots of plant life and windows. 2 shared bathrooms, 1 bath. Large kitchen with lots of cooking/bench space, and a big living space with a work space, couches and a tv. The bedrooms were recently insulated so warm in winter ad cool in summer. Located in arena design centre, near Manor House station/Seven Sisters station, in Haringey Warehouse District.
About us: We’re 6 housemates all doin the do- it’s a nice vibe with nice ppl. We like a kitchen natter and a lounge about together, with the occasional dinner too but also respectful of people’s space and time. We are not a party house! We celebrate a birthday and have an odd night here or there but prefer a chill environment to come back to. We’ve got LGBTQ+ members of the house so no homophobes, no transphobes. Also no pets and no couples! Sorry divas
