Double Room Harringay Ladder

One double bedroom in a four bed house on the Harringay Ladder.

Hello! We’ve made an offer on a house in Chesterfield Gardens on the Harringay ladder, with a move in date of December 18th.

We’re looking for someone who ideally wants to be friends and not just flatmates, as we’re quite close friends and want to keep that vibe going. We like to go to pubs, bars and cafes a lot, plus very down for watching tv on the sofa or having a craft night.

A bit about us:
Eris (27) - a PhD student who mostly works from home.
Charlie (27) - works in publishing and is also mostly WFH (so lots of free books as a perk!)
Su (30) - pianist/musical director/theatre usher

We also have a very friendly six year old Labrador so liking dogs is a really big must!

The photos are obviously it in the process of being redone, but it gives an idea! You can either take the big room or the smaller room (we don’t mind which is going to be a lounge).

We actually already live on the street so know it’s a super lovely area (have lived there for over two years!). Loads of really cute cafes and bars really close by, and some fantastic big shops (Aldi, Sainsbury’s, TKMaxx) plus lots of smaller 24/7 food shops.

It's unbelievably well connected (13 minute walk to Manor House, loads of buses that go to East and Central literally a two minute walk away, the overground is five minutes away and Thameslink/national rail ten minutes away).

We will need someone to be able to put down a deposit within four ish days!
