Double Room in Our Creative Warehouse!

We’re looking for a housemate to join our friendly warehouse!

The room is a great size with a skylight and Velux window creating plenty of natural light.

The rest of the house is large and open - there is a huge communal studio at the back of the house and a large kitchen which comes with all the mod cons (perfect for cooking and socialising).
There is also a great space at the back of the house for BBQs and lounging in the summer, along with a cosy living room with a HD projector for watching films and playing games.

We’re a relatively close group, but we do still have our own stuff going on. Most evenings you'll find someone to sit around the kitchen table and hang out with, but also watch a film, play board games, go out to exhibitions or have a drink as a group. It’s definitely not a party house, but we are a pretty sociable bunch.

While some of us use the studio to work during the day (or night) others keep 9-5s; there’s a good mix of people including artists, graphic designers, musicians and programmers.

There is a house kitty which is £20 a month and pays for the essentials (weekly cleaner, toilet rolls, tea bags etc), apart from which all the bills are included in your rent (as well as super-fast broadband).

We also have two actual cats living with us (see images), who are looked after by their owners; so you're free to enjoy all the benefits with none of the responsibility.

The room will be ready to move into from the 2nd of August; the rent is £800 a month (we also require a deposit of one month prior to moving in).
