Beautiful and peaceful garden room in Harringey

I'm seeking a considerate, relaxed flatmate to share my lovely home.

It's in a fantastic location, only a few steps from the shops and restaurants of Green Lanes. There is a great coffee/music shop, butchers and 24 hr shop all within 1 minute walk.

Transport wise, there are two overground stations (Harringay Green Lanes and Haringey), Manor House and Finsbury Park tube stations and the 141, 341 and 29 buses all moments away. Between all those you can get anywhere in London very easily.

The property doesn't have a lounge as that has been converted to my bedroom but there is plenty of other shared space including:

* a dine-in kitchen (including a dishwasher - yay!) and all the kitchen gadgets you could ever want, so if you like to cook, you'd like it here.
* a work/craft studio with desk space, and a washer dryer.
* a beautiful garden and an amazing BBQ for summer evenings.

The room itself is furnished with an incredibly comfortable handmade bed. It also has a bedside table, shelves and inbuilt storage cupboards. The bedroom opens directly onto the garden, and has two large windows. It's also been freshly painted in a very restful duck egg blue.

The converted lounge means my bedroom is right next to the kitchen, so I'm seeking a nice, easygoing flatmate who will be considerate about noise in there (although I'm not an ogre, it would be your house too!). Someone who can be friendly and communicative but respects my space and privacy (as I will respect theirs) would be perfect.

I get a cleaner in for common areas (kitchen/bathroom) once a week, the rent includes this as well as all bills and Sky broadband.
