Lovely large double room - female only

This is a large and bright upstairs front bedroom in my house, recently decorated and fully furnished. It would suit a young working woman and is available from October. Sorry - no couples.

The room has a comfortable double bed, sitting area with small sofa and fireplace, two big chests of drawers and wardbrobe for storage, and a desk and chair. The decor is attractive and creative, with a cosy feel. All bills and wifi broadband are included. A cleaner usually comes in every two weeks to cover basics in the house.

There is a large eat-in kitchen with plenty of food storage space and lots of cooking equipment. A big bathroom upstairs has a bath and shower, and there is another toilet/cloakroom downstairs. You'll be sharing the communal areas with me, and my son also stays here occasionally.

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy person to live with. I work at home so I am around a lot during the day and would prefer to share with someone who works outside the house for a good part of the week. Key workers welcome.

We have great transport links to almost everywhere: Manor House underground (Picadilly Line zone 2) is 7-8 mins walk, and several buses stop very close by. From Harringay Station (6 mins walk) the train takes you into Moorgate in 20 minutes, and there is a cross-town overground line at Harringay Green Lanes.

The local area is very vibrant with many food shops, restaurants and takeaways, and a big Sainsbury's all within a couple of minutes. It's busy but very safe.

Inside, the house feels surprisingly quiet and calm, with a beautiful secluded garden which backs onto a small nature reserve. There is a lovely park nearby and many other places to walk locally in nature.
