Hi! We are looking for a new housemate to join this lovely house in Wimbledon.
A single room will be available from around the beginning of March.
• Single room (Bedroom 3) : ~£700/month
Bills are approx. £100 pcm (Water, Gas, electricity, Council tax, Wi-Fi)

This is a rolling contract, as the landlord is aiming to sell the property. Therefore, a two‑month notice period will apply if the tenancy needs to be ended.

There is also a gorgeous shared living room and kitchen with lots of space and cooking appliances.
The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. You’ll only share the bathroom with one other person.

The house is in a great location. Based only a 15 min walk to Wimbledon (district line and National Rail) and 10 min walk to Colliers Wood (Northern Line). With easy access to shops and transport links.

There’s a bus stop literally opposite the flat with routes between Mitcham and Raynes Park via Wimbledon, which is really handy.
A Sainsbury’s Local is just a 3-minute walk away.
Large supermarkets : Home Bargains, Aldi, and Sainsbury’s are about a 15-minute walk and have everything you need.
