• Communal cleaning equipment: vacuum, broom, mop, duster, etc.
• Communal kitchen items: gas stove and oven + kettle and microwave from one of the flatmates
• Washing machine, ironing board + iron available
• Kitchen: recently replaced fridge (16th September)
• Has radiators in each room
