This a large, very modern, beautifully decorated and very clean four bedroom house, offering 2 double rooms and one large double room. There is one bathroom accommodating 24 hours of hot water. A large beautiful zen garden also comes under communal areas.

The communal areas aside from your own room are a large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet. There are no en suite bathrooms.

The house is cleaned every day at no extra expense.

The position of the house is advantageous with connections to Hendon and Finchley Central, connections are a 5 minute walk away. There are shops amenable and accessible in both Hendon and Finchley Central. All rooms are spacious and decorated. No additional furniture will be permitted.

Each room is single occupancy. House is managed by head lodger and the minimum stay is 3 months. First two months cover your rent, the third covers your deposit. Should you decide to leave within the initial three months,! your deposit will not be returned but will cover your third and final month of stay. If you leave within the first three months your deposit will not be returned.
