It is also 10-15 minutes from Hendon railway station (from which Luton Airport can be reached in 30 minutes) and Brent Cross Shopping Centre.
The area is quiet and safe, near parks, and is well-connected, with a travel time of around 25-30 minutes by tube to and from central London.
Features of the flat include a fire exit/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet.
The Room:
This fully furnished, quiet, and bright room is situated at the back of the flat, away from the main roads. The bed in the room is a sofa bed, which can be folded or unfolded. Also, have a small fridge and a sink to be used by the room occupant.
*The price does not include bills, and the contract for the room is for a minimum of 1 year.
*Council tax: Band D
*References required include proof of income, residence status, a letter from the current employer, and a letter from the previous landlord.

We are tidy, organised, responsible, and reliable female professionals with a varied work schedule, often working weekends and first and second shifts.
On our days off, we spend most of our free time at home in a quiet and clean environment. We cook not more than 2-3 times a week. Tidiness and cleanliness are essential to us, so we ensure that the common parts of the flat are hygienically clean through regular weekly cleaning provided by each tenant.
