Looking for someone to take over my outgoing flatmate’s room in our 2-bedroom flat with a lot of day light and storage room. The rent is £1,000/month + bills (water, gas, electricity, broadband, and council tax : £120 - £150/month)

The flat is fully furnished, with a large living room with balcony, and a newly renovated bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, large fridge and freezer as well as some cooking utensils.

The bedroom comes with big windows (lots of natural light), a double-size bed with mattress, (ample storage) big wardrobes, shoe organiser, chests of drawers and a working desk, so you wouldn’t need to bring much!

~ 10mins walk to Hendon Central underground station (Northern Line - 20mins to Central London).
~ Hendon Overground Station is a 20mins walk or 10mins by bus.

~ Middlesex University, Post Office, Healthcare Centre & couple of pretty parks all within a 5 -10mins stroll.
~ Bus stops are plentiful; Brent Cross Shopping Centre is only 10mins by bus. Residential parking is available if you drive.

Looking for a working professional or student (if you are happy to split council tax) around a similar age who treats shared spaces with care and values turning a house into a home. Ideally you would be looking for a long term stability.
