En-suite room in Herne Hill

Hello,

I have a double en-suite room available in this bright lovely flat in Herne Hill, from the start of February.

The flat is quite spacious and bright in a leafy area (facing Brockwell Park). The room itself is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside shelving unit. It also has its own en-suite shower and sink.

The flat is located on the first floor in a Victorian house, with views to Brockwell park in one direction, and over towards St Paul's dome and the London Eye in the other direction. It is right opposite Brockwell Lido, and within a couple of minutes walking distance of Herne Hill train station.

I am a 38 year old lecturer of economics. I go to university 3-4 times to teach and work from home for the rest of the week. I work and write a lot, so the flat is a calm, quiet place where I sometimes write or wind down and relax (so it is not the place for you if you'd like to have frequent house parties and overnight guests). I also like to keep the flat organised and clean. I am looking for another (preferably 30+ female) professional who is also organised, respectful of personal space but also open to spending time together in the flat occasionally.
