Lovely room in calm area

Hello!
Me and my two flatmates are looking for a nice person to take this lovely room.
I’m the only woman in the house, so a bit of balance will be great, but everyone is welcome!

Me and my bf are actors and artists, and our flatmate Giovani is an economic PhD student. We’re very chilled, we like to have friends around occasionally, nothing wild or to regularly. We have a good vibe in the house, sometimes we have dinner together or watch a movie, but we all do our own thing.

House is super well connected, buses, Brixton, Denmark hill, everything is close cycling, but we do live up a slight hill jejeje

We’re looking for someone with a young spirit, that’s happy to be sociable but also respects others quiet time. Also, someone clean, we have the kitchen and comunal area clean and aware that we share same utensils, so if we cook, we know we have to make space for the others.
