A clean, compact furnished room is available in my welcoming home in Herne Hill, where I also live. The room has a bunk bed and is for one person only, with access to the shared kitchen and bathroom.
The rent is £750 per calendar month, including household bills and Wi-Fi, payable monthly in advance + a £350 deposit.
By agreement, the deposit can be put towards the final month’s rent, provided the room and furnishings are left in good condition.
The house is conveniently located for local transport, shops and amenities. I’m looking for a clean, considerate and reliable professional or student who will be respectful of the home. Non-smokers only and no pets.
An initial four-month stay is preferred, with the option to extend if it works well for us both. A reference from a previous landlord or employer will be required before moving in.
