The room is in a second floor, period conversion flat located in highly sought after 'Poets Corner' area of Herne Hill, overlooking Brockwell Park - Lambeth Council tax band D
This 3.64m x 3.33m room includes a full double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and full length mirror (if required)

During working hours, I can also offer the use of a completely separate office room which is perfect for a working from home situation and comes with a large desk (shown in video)
It also functions as a dining room (shown in nighttime picture showing a screen I use to hide the office desk area)

Shared areas include practical and well-sized kitchen, spacious landing, shower room and large reception room with views over Brockwell Park
If you would rather not walk the 2 minutes it takes to get to the park, you can also make use of the communal garden which is shared with my lovely downstairs neighbours
This garden also includes a shed where I store my bike - there is room for another bike if you would like to use it

Brockwell Lido and gym is a 4 minute walk down the road

According to Google maps, the walk to Brixton tube is 14 minutes and Herne Hill train station is 9 minutes
