En-suite room in lovely flat overlooking park

Hi, I'm looking for a female flatmate for the other room in my lovely 2 bed flat in Herne Hill, as my current flatmate is moving for work. The flat is in a fantastic location overlooking Brockwell Park (with quick access to everything there, eg the lido, the tennis courts) and has lots of character. It's also highly convenient - very close to Herne Hill and Tulse Hill for the trains, not far from Brixton for the tube, and right by a bus stop.

The flat is on the first floor and has an entryway, good size kitchen-lounge-diner, and the two double bedrooms. The room available is the master bedroom with an ensuite (with shower). The room is furnished (including a large built in wardrobe) except for the bed, so that is all you would need to add - the rest of the flat is furnished, mostly by the landlord with some things provided by me. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer-dryer and large fridge-freezer. The photos are from the original listing but most of the furniture is the same.

I use the other, slightly smaller bedroom and the main bathroom. The rent is split equally because access to the balcony/terrace is through my room, though I'm happy to share it as much as possible.

The block of flats is very reasonably sized and characterful (one of the original Herne Hill properties). The terrace looks over an attractive shared garden area and the flat comes with a parking space. I currently use this for my car, but am happy to share it if we set up an on-street parking permit (which we should be eligible for). There is also sheltered bike parking.

The landlord lives locally and is very reasonable and responsive.

About me: I'm Izzy, a 33 year old policy advisor working in central London, and I'm looking for another professional woman to share this fantastic flat with. I've lived here with my current flatmate for 2 years and have loved it. In my spare time I like ice skating, tennis, reading, movies, theatre and visiting London's many cafes. In the flat I like a mix of socialising and spending time by myself - so I'd prefer someone looking for the same, who wants to spend time together at times (eg watching TV, cooking/takeaway), get to know each other and make the flat a home. I work hybrid so sometimes work in the flat from my room - I don't mind if you also work from home or if you work elsewhere.
