🏡 Lovely double room available near Brixton / Loughborough Junction!
We’re looking for a new flatmate to take over my room and join our lovely home, as I’ll be moving back to Italy after spending six months in London.
You’ll be living with Megha, a 27-year-old and Ebhon, both are currently working.
We’re all quite independent and have our own routines, but we also really enjoy having a friendly, relaxed and homely atmosphere. The flat is definitely a place where you can feel at home — whether that means having dinner together, inviting friends over occasionally, or having someone come to visit, while of course always being respectful of each other’s space and routines.
🛏️ The room
The available room is on the second floor, which makes it nice and quiet, and it stays cosy during winter. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk and bedside table, and you’ll also have your own wardrobe and drawers just outside the room for some extra storage.
One of the other bedrooms has its own en-suite, so you’ll only be sharing the main bathroom with one other person.
🏠 The flat
The flat has a spacious and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.
We’re ideally looking for someone between 25 and 35, and our preference would be for another girl.
📍 Location:
5-minute walk from Loughborough Junction (Thameslink) and around 15 minutes from Brixton (Victoria Line). Herne Hill and Camberwell are also nearby, so the flat is really well connected to central London.
💷 Rent: £ 865 pcm, bills not included
💡 Bills: Usually around £75/month per person (water, gas & electricity)
🔑 Deposit: Approx. £612
📅 Contract: You’ll be taking over my place in the existing joint tenancy.
🗓️ Available from: 1st November 2026
📄 Guarantor required
The landlord is genuinely lovely and very responsive whenever anything needs fixing. Everything is managed privately, so there are no agencies involved.
📶 We don’t currently have Wi-Fi, as we’ve been perfectly fine using our mobile data, but this is something that can always be discussed between flatmates.
