Cosy and spacious Herne Hill (1-2months) bill incl

Hello, I’m heading abroad for a month or two from 6 November and looking for a friendly person to sublet my room.

House comes with dryer, washing machine, office area - with a huge sitting room, dining room and kitchen. A shared bathroom with one other person with a rain shower (luxury!). This really is a lovely house for the rent price! Up the road from buzzy Herne Hill, which has a cute farmers market on a Sunday, and Brockwell Park.

The housemates are really lovely :) Robs a lawyer, Rich works in the public sector, Anna in PR. They’re a social lot that balance partying with professional life :)

The house is located 7mins walk from Herne Hill, a 15minute bus from Denmark Hill, a 25minute walk to Brixton station and 11 minutes to North Dulwich so fairly well connected to most part of London!
