A large, bright double room with its own ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. Fully furnished. Monthly bills are about £200 (inc. electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi and council tax).

A comfortable living room/kitchen area and patio that are shared with me.

2 minutes’ walk from Herne Hill station, with quick trains into central London, and 2 minutes from Brockwell Park, with its lido, café and plenty of green space for runs and weekend wanders. Nearby, you’ll find independent cafés, pubs, restaurants and the Sunday market, with Brixton and Dulwich close by.

My life is split between London, Mexico and Italy, but when I’m home, I like it to be warm, relaxed and full of good sound. I’m looking for someone easygoing and tidy, who respects their own space and other people’s.
